Privacy policy

agent-wiki stores the notes you add so you and the assistants you connect can use them. Your wikis are not public by default, you can revoke assistant access anytime, and you can export your notes.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create your account, host your wikis, connect the assistants you authorize, process subscriptions, secure the service, and respond to support requests:

Account data — name, email address, Google account identifier, sign-in timestamps. Content — wiki names, markdown notes, file paths, versions and history, and exports you request. Connected-assistant data — connection names, access credentials or identifiers, access/revocation status, and read/write/search activity logs. Billing data — subscription status, customer identifiers, plan, and renewal/cancellation events; payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not by agent-wiki. Technical and usage data — IP address, browser/device metadata, request logs, error logs, rate-limit and security events. Support communications — messages and information you choose to send for help.

How we use information

We use your information to operate agent-wiki, keep it secure, support you, enforce fair-use limits, and send content to connected assistants only when you authorize a connection or request an action that uses that connection.

We also send account and service email: setup help after you sign up, notices about problems or changes that affect your account, weekly activity digests for workspaces you belong to, and an occasional note if your wiki has gone quiet. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can turn each kind off at any time at getagentwiki.com/email-preferences using the link in any message. We do not sell or share your email address for anyone else's marketing.

Connected assistants and third-party services

When you connect an assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT), that assistant may read, search, or write the wiki content you authorize. Content sent to a connected assistant is also handled under that assistant provider's terms and privacy policy. You can revoke assistant access from agent-wiki at any time.

Service providers we rely on include our identity provider (Google sign-in), payment processor (Stripe), hosting and storage infrastructure (Cloudflare), and the AI assistant providers you choose to connect.

Security and access

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and wiki data: secure Google sign-in, private-by-default wikis, revocable assistant access, quotas and rate limits, and security/activity logging. No online service can guarantee perfect security. We may access account or content data when needed to operate, secure, support, debug, improve, or protect the service, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your wiki content. We share information with service providers, connected assistants you authorize, and others only as needed to operate the service, process payments, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction.

Retention, deletion, and exports

You can export your notes while your account is active and access is not restricted for severe abuse or security reasons. We retain account and content data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. We may delete or de-identify data after account closure according to our retention practices.

Your choices

You can export your notes, revoke assistant access, cancel paid plans, stop service email using the link in any message, and contact us about account deletion or privacy questions at hello@getagentwiki.com.

Children and sensitive data

agent-wiki is not intended for children or for storing highly sensitive regulated data such as medical, financial, or government identity records unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
