Service description

agent-wiki is a hosted workspace for notes and project memory. You can create wikis, add and edit notes, connect supported AI assistants, revoke assistant access, and export your content.

Accounts and sign-in

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account or connected assistant access has been compromised, contact us promptly and revoke access from your account settings.

Your content

Your notes are yours. You grant agent-wiki the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, export, and transmit your content to services you connect or actions you request.

Privacy and access controls

Your wikis are not public by default. You control which connected assistant credentials can access a wiki, and you can revoke that access anytime. We may access account or content data when needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the service, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

Fair use and quotas

Plans may include limits on wikis, files, file size, connected assistants, storage, version history, and read/write/search activity. We may apply additional fair-use limits or temporary throttles to protect reliability, prevent abuse, or keep the service usable for other customers.

Acceptable use

agent-wiki is for human-scale project notes and AI assistant memory, not bulk storage, scraping dumps, file hosting, spam infrastructure, or unrestricted automation. You may not use agent-wiki to break the law or violate others' rights; store or share malware, stolen credentials, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems; spam, phish, harass, threaten, or impersonate others; upload bulk data unrelated to project notes; run high-volume automation that degrades the service or evades plan limits; probe, scan, scrape, or security-test the service without written permission; bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, billing, or access controls; or resell agent-wiki access as a competing hosted service without permission.

Enforcement

If we believe your use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, creates security risk, degrades the service, or attempts to evade limits, we may throttle activity, disable assistant connections, remove access to specific content, suspend your account, cancel your subscription, or terminate service. When practical, we will try to notify you and give you a chance to export your content, but we may act immediately when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Exports and account termination

You can export your notes from the product. After cancellation or termination, we may delete or retain account/content data according to our retention practices, legal obligations, backup cycles, and abuse-prevention needs. We do not guarantee indefinite storage after an account is closed.

Billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. If payment fails or a subscription ends, we may downgrade, restrict, or disable paid features after a reasonable grace period.

Disclaimers

Connected AI assistants may misunderstand, omit, or misuse context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping backups of important records. agent-wiki is a storage and context aid, not a guarantee that an assistant will use context perfectly.
